Terms and Conditions of Membership

By becoming a member of the Chinese Canadian Association of Kingston and District (CCAKD), you agree to the following terms:

1. Membership Fees are non-refundable and valid for the current fiscal year (October 1 to September 30).
2. Code of Conduct — Members are expected to treat all community members with respect and courtesy at all events and activities.
3. Privacy — CCAKD collects personal information solely for membership administration and event communication. We do not share your information with third parties.
4. Event Participation — Members participate in CCAKD events at their own risk. CCAKD carries general liability insurance but is not responsible for personal injury or loss of property.
5. Communications — By joining, you consent to receive email communications about CCAKD events and news. You may unsubscribe at any time.
6. Amendments — These terms may be updated by the Board of Directors. Members will be notified of any changes via email.
